Traveling north on Route 9 North of Peekskill New York I had to pull over to the side of the road to post this. A black sports car was tailgating me. Then, even though we were approaching a curve and we have a double yellow line, he decided to pass. I was just happy that he got off my backside. Then he pulled back into my Lane.
