March 16, 2020 Metropolitan Smiles informs all our patients that we are aware of the government-issued alert as a result of the presence of the COVID-19 virus in New York State.... At the moment and according to the statements from the Mayor of the City related to the preventative measures that must be taken, we inform we are implementing necessary protocols for the care of our patients and staff with the relevant hygiene measures, daily disinfection of our office, and we will continue to follow all the recommendations by the New York City Department of Health. We are operating on a limited schedule in our location. All patients currently on our schedule will receive communication from us regarding existing appointments if these changes affect you. Any additional information or schedule changes will be communicated on our social networks as well as via email and telephone.
