Contactless Move-in Options Available Metro Self-Storage recognizes that you and your family’s health are a significant concern during this pandemic, so we are offering a safe and contactless process for all move-in reservations. Customers may either reserve a room online or contact us by phone. Utilizing our contact-free option is safe and fast! Contactless options to reserve a room:... 1. Visit our Website: metrostoragecenter.com You can reserve a room online by selecting one of the Reserve Now buttons on either the homepage or any storage room page. Once we receive your reservation, a staff member will contact you to discuss the details of your move. 2. Call us by Phone at: (716) 883-8000 You may call our office at any time to reserve a room. If you dial after business hours, please leave a message, and a staff member will return your call the following morning. We will assist with selecting a properly sized room for your needs and discuss the details of your move. All contactless move-ins do require a credit card payment. We accept all major credit cards and will email you a receipt upon payment. If you need to pay cash, we do have a contactless cash payment method as well. Please call the office for further details. Metro Self-Storage is open for regular business while following all CDC and NYS health guidelines for your safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. We require a health questionnaire as well as mask use inside the building. Occupancy in each area of our building is limited to ensure your safety and health. Furthermore, we are sanitizing the building and all common touch areas throughout the day. Hand sanitizer is readily available in all main parking areas for customer use. Attention customers: We apologize for any inconvenience the quarantine closure through today has caused. We will be available for all customer inquires, payments and appointments as of 9am tomorrow at 716-883-8000. Customers will be able to have access to their rooms later this week by request through appointment only. We have a lot of calls and emails to process. We hope to start allowing very limited access later this week.... Car customers will be able to schedule move out appointments as well. Please be aware we are running a minimum of 5-7 day vehicle removal notice for appointments due to demand. Vehicles are not required to move out, we will remain operational. Dear Metro-Self Storage Customers, As we all know, the COVID-19 situation is ever-evolving. Recommendations and regulations are changing not only by the day, but at times, by the hour. We contact you again today to provide a further update on Metro Self-Storage Center’s operations moving forward. Following the recently implemented New York State regulations, Metro Self-Storage will be closed until Monday, March 23. Over the next few days, we will be reevaluating the situat...ion, and plan to provide an update on Tuesday, March 24. In the meantime, please take note of the following: If any of our customers had previously scheduled appointments during this period, we will reschedule them as soon as possible with priority. Payments can still be made online at www.metrostoragecenter.com, or by cash or check in the payment drop box recently installed by the front door on Main Street.
