Something we can all aspire to So proud of Millennium Dressage’s own Century Club members Kitt and Georgiann North! A combined age of and going strong everyday!

We are thrilled to congratulate Kerry Karangelen on the purchase of Veno L affectionately known as Nugget! This special FEI horse we’ve had the pleasure of training along with his former owner, Julie, turned into yet another serendipitous sale with such a happy new beginning for all! We are looking forward to Nugget and Kerry beginning their journey together here at Millennium Dressage. Did we mention Nugget will get his own little girl too?

This is where you’ll find us this winter! The indoor garage doors may be closed soon and the viewing room may have the heat on high but we are looking forward to our first winter north in 10 seasons! Due to all the complications this year brought to the world we felt it was in the best interest of our team to stay put at the beautiful Comfortside Farm here in North Salem, NY for this winter season. We are looking forward to focusing purely on our training and offering educational and fun events throughout the winter months to be prepared for a successful 2021 competition season

Less than a week ago we celebrated Georgiann North and her horse, Kitt Katt’s, induction to The Dressage Foundation’s Century Club! This means they now have a combined age of This milestone and not being able to travel to show’s due to COVID called for an at home celebration. So, we hosted our first Comfortside Classic horse show, flew in r judge Noel Williams, had our riders from training to FEI compete, and finished the day with a lovely socially distanced cocktail hour thanks to our wonderful friend and barn owner, Vicky Lunt. Regionals 2020 highlights included: Mary and Dreamy winning the Open Third Level Championships with over 75%, Maia Gromadowski and Ferro winning the AA Third Level Test Three on Friday with just under 70%, Isabelle Thompson and Stella making their I-1 debut, Daniella and Pixie competing in their very first Regional Championship in the US, Andrea Barash and Masterpiece upping their game at only their second horse show, Emma and Aron competing in their first regionals and making their Second Level debut, and Mary winning with Daniela Syke’s on short notice with 73+%! Such a great show season despite all life’s complications this year! Thank you to our whole team from students to sponsors and beyond

Teamwork makes the dream work So proud of our horses and riders this weekend at Saugerties! We now have five combinations qualified for regionals next month! Highlights of this show included Daniela Sykes and Pixie scoring 71% in only their second show together, Emma Sainz and Aron qualifying for their first regional championships coming in third with 66+%, Andrea Barash and Max making their horse show debut finishing just shy of 65% and enjoying every step of the way of th...is new journey, and last but not least Dreamy and Mary won his very first third level class with 72.5%! Back and masked It felt great to get back in the show ring with our team! Centerline Events put on a wonderfully safe show and we are so proud of our riders and horses! Highlights included Issy Thompson and Stella making an incredible comeback scoring close to 70% and winning the open PSG today Maia Gromadowski competed Ferro in their first Third Level class together scoring over 65% both days, coming in second both days, and qualifying for their first regional champions...hips! Sometimes horse sales are just simply serendipitous We are so thrilled to congratulate former student and friend, Patricia Maynard, on the purchase of Fandango aka Buddy.
