Had an unexpected and uninvited guest in the potato patch. She thought the freshly tilled earth was the perfect spot to lay her eggs, I had to disagree. she was responsibly relocated and no, not into the soup pot. BTW, potatoes doing fine.

asparagus is here! Fresh green spears abound at Mini Horse Farm. Sadly the season for this delicacy is too short, only a couple weeks left till the bed will be put to sleep till next spring, Don't miss out, call or stop by today. The rhubarb is also ready with the early radishes, turnips, kale and onions just around the corner. As always we have the freshest most delicious eggs you've ever tasted and could the rumor be true?
