He is good with cats and dogs, and would be good with any family. He could use some leash/jumping manners but he’s super smart and eager to please, so training should be a breeze.... His fun loving attitude makes him hard to resist, and with a face like that? How could you say no to Franklin. Franklin is neutered, up to date on all shots, current on flea/tick medicine, de wormed and tested negative for heart worms.
