NEW CLASS ALERT!! Great news team. Starting on 11/10. We have added BJJ on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm. The new schedule is below. This class will be a solo drills class focused on movement, strength and conditioning for BJJ. Kids 7 and up as well as Adults are welcome to join. We hope to see you in class

The two brothers are working hard on their jab-cross in our Tiny Champs class. There is still space open for our 3:30 class on Tuesday and Thursday and 10:45 on Saturdays. We are waiting for YOU!

It feels GREAT to be back in the dojo after the Holiday. Remember that we are now offering live zoom during class. So if you cant make it to the indoor class you can follow along at home and stay on track. These zoom classes are for Tiny Champs, Little Champs, all Juniors and BJJ.
