In the past week we came across a unique young patient with gestational diabetes who has been on few critical medicines. Both our pharmacists verified the dosing, get her a blood glucose testing kit and followed up with the family to make sure her glucose level was improving. Separately, we communicated our concerns regarding the dosing and side effects of her medicines with her prescriber and parents and they are following up with the appropriate measures to monitor her closely. It was nothing but our professional duties but was extremely critical for the well-being of the young patient and her family as she has only one life to live. Honored to serve!

Yesterday, at around 9:45 pm, a loving mother called in with a great deal of anxiety that her son is allergic to peanut and he was having an allergic reaction. She has the doctor available to call in a life- saving medicine for him but all the pharmacies in the area was closed. We were able to rush open the pharmacy, get prescription from the doctor, and get her the medicine by 10:30 pm. It was quite a pleasure to see mom leaving the pharmacy with a relieving smile on her face which always been our driving force and she was very kind to complement us again when we called her today to follow up how on her son. Her son is doing very well. It was quite an honor for us!!
