As Morgenstern DeVoesick continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to let you know what steps we are taking to protect our clients and colleagues while we continue to operate to serve your needs. Our attorneys are monitoring the recommendations of our state and local health authorities in addition to monitoring all guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We have asked anyone who is feeling ill, or is... living with someone who is feeling ill, especially with a fever, to please stay at home. If necessary, our attorneys and critical staff have the ability to work remotely to prevent any interruption in service. We have redoubled our efforts to keep our offices and work areas clean and disinfected. We are limiting on-site meetings to those that require a physical presence, such as closings. We are asking that all other transactions and meetings take place by phone, email, or mail to the extent possible. Please contact our office to determine if your closing can be accomplished by phone, email, or mail. We will continue to assess this situation and will adjust and update our response as necessary to ensure the health and safety of our colleagues, clients, and community.
