Excerpt from upcoming book: The Magic Of KarmaAn Ancient Quantum Science: We begin this second chapter with a disclaimer of universal proportions! The Vedas an...d Puranas are ancient Eastern Scriptures like the Bhagavad Gita, the Mahabharata, the Ramayana and the many Upanishads, which were written (some say five to twenty thousand years ago) ... in metered Sanskrit poetic verse and mystical tales. They were often adorned or accompanied with colorful and beautiful paintings and carvings. These illustrative 'Texts' have become the basis for many Eastern Schools of Thought and traditions, including Hinduism, Buddhism, Zen and Taoism. But even without these paintings, the rhythmic poetic Sanskrit verses alonein these Vedic Puranasbeautifully illustrate a very deep, Quantum like science of Karma, Dharma and Yoga. Everything encompassing this unique ancient thought is described there in exceptionally picturesque allusions of legends and loreclearly in exaltation and apparently illustrated for our very limited human understanding. In essence, these are translations of sortNOT to be taken literal in the material sense. Sadly some cults, religious fanatics and fundamentalists insist that these legends are true in a human-like corporeal mannerreligious literalism. However, it is explained throughout these ancient 'Texts' that the ‘Ultimate Truth’ is in fact about waves of consciousness and ubiquitous life-force pervading everywhere in playful manner"plenums of consciousness". These illustrative translations indicate that the secrets and truth about life, creation and spirituality are simply insidiously concealed in the intricate web of material creation, yet hiding in plain sight, right under our very own sensory facultiesa comedic paradoxa veritable divine game of ...‘hide-n-seek.’ According to these ancient Vedic Puranas, the struggle between all things in this universe is about ‘permanence’ versus ‘temporary’ material realityimpermanence. That is to say, there exists no vernacular between the temporary material world and a permanent eternal world-beyond. There is no colloquial language, which could allow us to even fathom an 'other' infinite reality. These ‘eternal concepts’ can only be translated, or rather hinted at, in the one and only common language that all mankind can understandlore and legendNOT mythology, but the closest possible translated illustrations (allusions), which many of us inaccurately label baseless myth. And that is the crux! Interestingly, T.S. Eliot (among others) played with this in his widely regarded long poem, The Waste Landa recommended read for poetry aficionados. When we look deep inside the messages within these Puranic illustrations we are instructed (even there) that there is only one possible way to fathom, discuss or understand eternal concepts with our temporary human senses. Our limited scope and culturally conditioned faculties are incapable on their own. A wherewithal does not exist amidst material sense perception and faculties to fathom anything non-material or the concept of impermanence. The only means available forunderstanding Karma are these brilliantly illustrated translations in the Vedic Puranas. The process is actually simple and organic. The result is a funneling down and reducing of magnificence and unfathomable power, awe and reverence, filtered down into acceptable mere human color, form, relationship and known symbolsa *translated illustration.* A bit obsessed with the Upanishads from these Vedic literature, Carl Jung wrote, Mankind does not invent myths, it experiences them. He adds, Indian philosophy is namely the interpretation given to the precise condition of the non-ego, which affects our personal psychology, however independent from us it remains. It sees the aim of human development as bringing about an approach to and connection between the specific nature of the non-ego and the conscious ego. Tantra yoga then gives a representation of the condition and the developmental phases of this impersonality, as it itself in its own way produces the light of a higher suprapersonal consciousness. C.G. Jung, The Psychology of Kundalini Yoga The secrets revealed behind the illustrations of the Vedic Puranas are of that ancient Quantum Science of a *suprapersonal consciousnesses* interacting in playful dance and relationship on an universal scale with all other eternal ubiquitous ‘consciousnesses’altogether equaling the totality of all existence. These are some intense topics, which can only be grasped by looking deep inside the illustrated translationscertainly not by face value of the illustrations alone. Indeed, the philosophy from these Vedic Puranas is the most colorful, beautiful and personable we are yet to encounter among the world’s many traditions in ethics and theosophy. But it is exceedingly important to note and remember that beneath the face value of the stories in the Vedic Puranas lie the intended messages, which are a quadrillion times deeper in essence and more relevant. That is to say, do not get caught up in the stories and plots thinking they are real in this realm. They are not! The stories and characters in the stories are the best possible *representations* of magnificent 'consciousness-driven' energies and forces behind the curtain of creationbackstage, if you will. Still, the Puranas insist, these magnificent forces are indeed life-force, suprapersonal consciousnesses, and certainly worthy of worship and reverence in a spiritual sense. This too is part of the conundrum and paradox to carry and embrace in a mindfulness understanding. (We only speak here about the messages from these Vedic Puranas. However, it stands to reason that this conundrum too applies to most other so called ‘mythologies’ and lore. Theosophical sages and ‘thinkers’ over the ages had to use allegorical, semantical or metaphorical means for delivering their realizations into the world’s scriptures to describe ‘some existences Beyond.’ Therefore, It’s important to remember that in essence many are 'NOT baseless mythology, but the best possible translated illustrations' by sages and thinkers of quintessential and inexplicable realities beyond our grasp.) The epic problem in understanding Karma, however, lies with members of most Vedic cults and organized religious groups, especially those led by western swamis. On one hand, they fall prey to the very illusion of the veil described in the Puranas, which sadly they incessantly read daily without getting the point. On the other hand, due to nothing more than human nature (and not getting the point), they become riddled with politics, money and corrupt power. The result is material intention, skewed vision and contaminated consciousness in every single word, agenda or deed they attempteven *often times* criminal and abusive for the sake of their mission. Their teachings therefore also become contaminated with justification and judgment. With this smudge blemishing the group’s blistering consciousness, the vast majority are unable to see beyond the picturesque illustrations and are blinded to the secrets behind them*the proverbial forest for the trees.* Once such misled group, for example, is the Hare Krishna ISKCON branch, led by Radhanath Swami and his oligarchy of religiously misogynistic male leaders, who have managed to conclude from reading the Puranas at face value that the earth is flatyou heard correct'Flat-Earthers'. We can't make this stuff up; Google it. They are convinced on such religious literalism that the earth is a physical Frisbee-shaped disc, that the sun rotates around the earth, and that the moon is further away than the sunphysically! The group has reportedly spent over one hundred million dollars of donation money collected in order to build a gargantuan temple to the physical flat earth doctrine. Meanwhile, when one reads the Puranas *correctly* the embedded messages speak loudly that these references to Earth, Sun ad Moon are distinctively "plenums of consciousness" that are karmically intertwined on an "ethereal" levelnot physicality. How then can they possibly believe this? For the same reason other extremist believe that there are seventy-two virgins awaiting them on the other side. Rather than seeing the ancient quantum theory revealed behind the representations, these cults and organized religions end up becoming fundamentalist extremists believing that all others not believing the face value of their mythology are the antithesis of goodness and godlinessthe ‘unfortunate’ and ‘fallen’ to be saveda sort of contaminated enemy to be wary off if not converted. Therefore, the back-door secret to truly glimpse the Karmic Quantum Science of these ancient ‘Texts’ is to completely and without question avoid the association of all members from organized groups riddled with politics, judgment and money. Since, according to these teachings, everything is based on consciousness, we become supra-impressionable to the consciousnesses and misconceptions of those around us*an osmosis* of sort.
