NY Supreme Court Judge DelConte is making a fool out of himself and our region with his ridiculous decision today to allow the questionable mysteriously appear...ing ballots counted from Chenango County The ballots have been missing in action for well over 30 days, absolutely absurd.To add to the stupidity he’s asking the counties that made all of these administrative errors to correct them when it’s impossible to do so at this point in time since many of the counties have already destroyed some of evidence\documents such as the outside absentee envelopes with proof of dated postmark from the post office now gone. Time to end this fiasco Judge DelConte. Tenney’s lawyers are asking the judge to order counties to certify the election now, cementing her lead. This is the only election still contested of all 435 Congressional Districts.
