Since the onset of the #COVID-19 pandemic, tipped #workers have experienced a dramatic decrease in tips and increase in health risks, hostility, and harassment. Over half (53%) of workers are considering employment options outside of #restaurants with 76% saying they are leaving because wages and tips are too low. Yet, 78% report that they would stay if given a full,stable, #livablewage.
