Just putting out the friendly reminder to all current and new clients- being a small business during this pandemic is hard. I would love your continued support for my cancellation policy. If you need a refresher- 1. I have a 24 hour Cancellation Policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment the card you booked with will be charged for the appointment. 2. Due to current regulations if you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and ...the card you booked with will be charged. No exceptions. 3. If you are 10 minutes late you will be charged a $10 fee. Since I’ve reopened I haven’t been able to have nearly as many clients in a day as I would have pre-pandemic. As you can imagine that effects my income. If I don’t have a body in my chair I do not get paid. So I must ask, when you book an appointment please make it a priority. Plan accordingly. Allow yourself enough time to remove your old nails. If we’re getting snow plan extra time for the road conditions. Even being 5 minutes late throws off my day.
