16 years ago today Otto tomottos served our Very first Customers....(Veal Marsala & Chicken pignoli table 3, you never forget your first) these past 16 years I'...ve learned a tremendous amount about cooking, hard work, business and life. I was 19 when Ottos opened, the community embraced me and supported that "kid" who had a dream.....without that support/forgiveness & acceptance we wouldn't be here today...... After an incredible amount of hard work (and luck) we have expand in a way I would have never thought of 16 years ago; Nashville Hot Chicken, Route 96 BBQ & The growth of Otto Tomottos...... From the bottom of our grateful hearts we say THANK YOU to our community, customers & Friends; you guys made this happen! My Parents who believed in that "kid" who wanted to own a restaurant from the age 8......most want to be astronauts and athletes when they are 8......an 8 year old has never said " I want to be a restaurantauer when I grow up" only me. My parents help, love and support put me on this path....so THANK YOU for all you do!!! Our staff at all 3 Restaurants who make it happen 7 days a week. Our passion and drive for quality & Creativity never ends ...... That's what's make us us! 16 years; it's crazy to think everything that has happened....it's even Crazier to think what's going to happen in the next 16 years...... HAPPY OTTO-VERSSARY!!!
