In the US, Adelia vaseyi grows in only 1 place-- southern Texas. Given intense agriculture, only 5% of Texan flora is native to Texas. Why so few bluewing butterflies? Because they need Adelia, of which there are very few surviving specimens in the only place Adelia grows.
