The seat install pack will provide a location for the power supply so the cord will reach. Of course, we don't get to completely test them (that would be yucky) so just going off feedback here - I'd recommend testing out the height of the seat before the purchase as they're usually on comfort height toilets which add on to ...the overall height. Our client found some amazing salvaged barn planking to fill the void we've had open for the last few months of construction. We created this coffer box during the process of construction and it was too special to just coat in some sheetrock. Getting some wide plank flooring down in the grand foyer today. We're through our 2nd phase of a 3 part update to this home. Cool progression on some painted barn doors. Swipe over for the horrible sketch I gave to our insanely talented craftsmen and somehow they turned that scribble into exactly what we were looking for. Dear Junior Contractor, I just wanted to say our family is so happy with this incredible home you've built us over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We couldn't be more pleased with the jelly roofing tiles and the red hot Christmas Lights around the soffits....... however...... As my wife and I sat this morning to enjoy our Saturday coffee before we got going for the day, a terrible occurrence happened in the dining room - the reverse gable roof on our new gingerbread home came crash...ing down, almost killing the icing snowman. When the sugar settled, we were able to investigate a bit - it appears that it was a failure to prep the main gingerbread roof before the icing adhesive was applied for the reverse gables. As you can imagine, this was a very scary experience for our family and especially the poor icing snowman. We would love to have you and your crew (brother & sister) back to rebuild this gable roof and bring that beautiful gingerbread home back to brand new again before the holidays. TEAMWORK!! Crused it. Water tight before the rain tomorrow. From no roof framing at the start of the day to finished roof with all extended soffits and rakes, @mlaietacontracting & @ponceperfection joined in with our crew to take care of business today.
