New York Baseball Academy

We had hoped to be able to run in-person camps at Hofstra Summer Camps this summer, including our famed NYBA programs, but we ultimately made a decision based on the health and safety of our players and their families. We are saddened to announce that we will not be hosting our traditional camp programs this summer but we aim to come back in 2021 better than ever! Full refunds will be given in a timely manner to those who registered for NYBA in the original method of payment. In the meantime, we are offering an abundance of virtual weekday programs! Baseball season seems far away - but the New York Baseball Academy at Hofstra University is the best place to get in top form until then! This three-day clinic runs Martin Luther King Weekend (January 18-20) and is perfect for those players who want to work on their hitting and positioning (even pitching!) Wonderful tribute that goes back in time to honor one of Hofstra University's outstanding Baseball teams

The Rockville Centre Recreation Dept Baseball School will once again be holding its annual Baseball School at Barasch Field in RVC this summer for players Age 6 - 12. There are 2 sessions (July 1-3 and July 8-12) from 9am - 1pm daily Rain or Shine. Program is as always open to non residents and residents alike. Congratulations to Vito Friscia (Catcher for Hofstra University) on being selected in the MLB Draft. Vito participated in the New York Baseball Academy for many years as a young player. One other former NYBA players was also drafted in the same draft - Logan Koester (RHP - Chaminade HS).....
