From 2008 to 2010 I explored several options of becoming a firs...t time home owner, only to get the run around from many realtors. Being frustrated and wanting to just throw in the towel I happening to be listening to WDKX and Their was a guy on air pitching the same ole story of how he could make you a first time home owner. His name was Christopher Thomas, Along with his wife Tysharda Thomas. I was very hesitant to call the number that he provided on air as I all but had my mind made up on throwing in the towel. But something told me to give it a last try. I call him and gave him the information that he asked me for and the very next day,(literally the next day) this dude calls and says hey Chad Grimes are you available to look at some houses. I met him at his then office In high falls where my first impression was, this dude think he slick, must be up to something lol. But long story short, this man put my family in the home that we selected when nobody else couldn’t. But what really got me about him was what he did after the sale. He told me that he will always be there to help if I needed any as far as the house. Sounds slick again right lol? About a year goes by and to be honest, you wouldn’t expect any realtor to be there for assistance at that point. My furnace went in my 2600 sqft home. I scrambled to get quotes and found out it was anywhere from $4500 to $6000 to get a new one. So with my back against the wall I called Him.
