I can't believe it...we made our goal!! Thanks so much to all who donated, liked and shared our fundraiser! Now for the big announcement! Our Fall 2021 preschool is a dream coming true! Please help me welcome to the Newburgh stage: Little Friends Learning Loft at Newburgh JCC... Montessori meets Judaism for ages 3 - 6 Envision with me a beautiful open space that captures the imagination of childhood and encourages child-led learning through the Montessori method. We'll promote experiential learning and outdoor play. We'll introduce literacy, early phonics, numbers and letters. We'll refine motor skills, explore life cycles and nourish a spiritual sense of wonder and respect for our natural world and its inhabitants. We'll create and craft in the art house and dance in the studio. When it's too cold to go out and play, children will have access to the gym for running and jumping all while encouraging freedom of movement and growth both inside and outside of the classroom.
