Last weekend, I visited the New Rochelle Irish Benevolent Society and presented a proclamation to Mary Sugrue for her lifetime service to the Society. Mary had lots of her great family members at the event! I'm a proud member of NR IBS.

The New Rochelle Irish Benevolent Society is in the house tonight at Westchester Board of Legislators - the group was just honored at our annual celebration of Irish American Heritage Month! So proud to have my hometown group here - I joined NRIBS with my mom about 15 years ago.
Great celebration at the hall last night!
