Have you tried a Smoothie Bowl yet? Our Inspirators can't get enough of them! They are basically an extra-thick smoothie you eat with a spoon. While blending, you just want to make sure you use less liquid ingredients, in favor of fruit, to get that creamy result. Ice cubes and yogurt are helpful to add for getting a thicker texture. You can also get creative by topping your bowl with a mix of healthy items in a decorative way. A few suggestions: fresh fruit (berries, banana slices), dried fruit (goji berries, unsweetened coconut, cocoa nibs), nuts (almonds, walnuts), seeds (chia, hemp, pumpkin), and oats. Featured here is a beautiful berry bowl from our Inspirator Andrea P. Make your own and don't forget to snap a photo and share your bowl with us using the hashtag #NewtopiaEats.

Remember to snap a photo of your healthy recipes at home and use the hashtag #NewtopiaEats for a chance to be featured. Serves: 3... #glutenfree #dairyfree Ingredients: 1 package ground turkey 1 egg 1/2 cup white onion, chopped 1/4 cup almond flour 3 tsp Italian seasoning spice 2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp avocado oil Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 F degrees. 2. In a large bowl, combine turkey and the rest of the ingredients. 3. Form 2 inch balls. 4. Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat and melt the oil. 5.
