There was finally a bout of good weather last week where we were able to get outside and PLAY! We also hunted for rainbows and identified colors.

It was cold outside today but inside we were thinking about sunshine and rainbows...and we made a tasty snack to enjoy too, Rainbow Fruit Salad

This week we have been preparing for Turkey day! Lots of arts and crafts, fine motor and gross motor development as well!

GOBBLE, GOBBLE, GOBBLE... I spy a special Thanksgiving animal! Working on those fine motor skills!

We welcomed the month of November and This week was all about GRATITUDE! The kiddos loved making their sunflowers. I have a feeling a bird with feathers may be making his appearance next. #gobble #thankful #appreciation ...

Fostering social and emotional skills While learning communication skills in daycare, they’ll also learn important social skills like interacting with other children, how to share, and cooperation to name just a few. Social skills like these will follow any child all the way through adulthood. Learning how to work and play and just BE with others is a wonderful part of being in daycare, as well as a very important tool to have in life.

This is a great activity to do with your kiddos! Especially with the holidays coming up!
