Excerpts from our Principal Attorney Mr Naresh Gehi: Should Presidential Pardons be reviewed? Under Artice II of the constitution, the President is entrusted with the power to Pardon individuals. Unfortunately, there are no checks and balances vested in the constitution ( except for impeachment) for the President to grant a Pardon.... The recent Pardon of Steve Bannon is a shocking example of the unfettered discretion granted to the President. The Federal Court did not review the merits of the case, dismissed the case on grounds of the Presidential Power vested in the constitution.Therefore, it is time the constitution should be amended and the laws should be modernized. The Presidents power to Pardon should be subjected to a full review by the Congress. Laws should change with time especially because, life of law is based upon logic and experience. The outdated laws borrowed from England should be revisited . The hard work of Prosecutors in investigating crimes, charging criminals should not be circumvented by the Presidential power in aiding criminal activities. It is well settled that the true administration of justice is the firmest pillar of good government. Unfortunately, the Presidential power seems to be a curse rather than a blessing in our constitution. Therefore, congress should have a say in granting pardons.

One of the most important factors in starting a business is the ability to take risks. You should work hard and be ready for good and bad days in business. Please research your competitors and look at the supply and demand and the pricing structure of your product. It is important for you to have enough savings or get a bank loan or line of credit approved by your financial institution. I strongly recommend a website and a strong social media presence from the first day of your business. This will help you to grow and brand your business. Above all, don't be scared and shy away from Pessimistic individuals who often, dishearten you from moving forward. Remember, when the great get going, the going gets great!
