We're currently taking enrollments for our Spring Break Camp (3/29/21 - 4/2/21)!! Sign up now before we're completely full!!

Guess what?! NHGymnastics will be hosting virtual Gymnastics Class on Zoom!! This will be a weekly class hosted and taught by Coach Bri for ages 8. and above We encourage the whole family to participate! How much does it cost? Enrollment is only $5 and you can sign up online through our customer portal, over the phone, or in person! When? This will take place Thursdays from 12:00PM - 12:30PM... Do you need any equipment to participate? No! all you need is a spacious room (preferably carpeted or matted). Class will consist of a structured warm-up followed by strengthening exercises, gymnastics tricks and a brief Q & A.

Just a reminder, we're holding Open Gym for Gymnastics every Friday evening from 6:30PM-7:30PM throughout the month of February. Cost is $15 per ticket and you DO NOT need to be a current student to attend. Your child must be at least 6 years old to attend. Call the office today to sign up!! (585)265-4740

We apologize but our open Ninja Warrior event scheduled for Saturday 1/23/21 is at capacity and there are no more tickets available at this time. We do have enrollments open for our Open Gymnastics on Friday evening 6:30PM-7:30PM. Cost is $15 per student and you can either call the office (585-265-4740) or stop into the office in person to sign up.

Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics is now offering mini day camps for the fall! We have a wide range of options to help out with the start to the new school year. We have half day and full day options. Call the office schedule your child's mini day camp. Fall Mini Camp times: ... Early Camp is 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM Late Camp is 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM Camps are for 5 years old and up. We have a late pickup option available campers that can't be picked up by 2:30 for an additional fee. These spaces will fill fast so call in to secure your spot in the area's favorite camp!

We will be closed Dec 24-27. We will be open for Holiday Break Camp Dec 28-31 (no classes) and closed on New Years Day. Our Session 3 Classes will start January 2, 2021! We want to wish a very safe, healthy and happy holidays to all of our students and families!

We will be going live today to draw and announce the winners of our raffle ticket fundraiser benefitting Golisanos Childrens Hospital as well as the Artists Relief Foundation.
