Doug’s out-of-state granddaughter was inspired by the delicious Buffalo Chicken crepes she’s had at Simply Crepes in Pittsford. (A must stop whenever they’re in town!) Since her family lives so far from her inspiration dish, she did her best to make a copycat version, and by all accounts it was delicious!
