We decided to do one last hibiscus ale to cap off the summer. We used Kveik yeast, and dry hopped it with Citra. Fruity, floral, and hoppy. See you tomorrow

Raspberry Blood Orange Sour Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Nine Maidens Brewing Company, this beer features a tart sour base and was aged on raspberry and blood orange puree. This is a super small batch and won't last long!

Our Cherry Saison will be on tap tonight! We put whole cherries into this beer, and let the saison yeast work on them for the duration of the shut down. The result is our classic saison with a hint of cherry.

Billowing NEIPA is back in all of its New York glory! Fresh Mackinac hops from @cobblestonehops and fresh malt from @murmurationmalts! This 100% NYS IPA boasts a pineapple/concord grape flavor.

We are releasing a new fruited sour IPA this week. "Only The Sun" is a Mango Passion Fruit Sour IPA. We also have our Billowing NEIPA, and Hefeweizen back on tap. Weather permitting, we will have outdoor seating available during our curbside pickup hours: Friday 4-8 and Saturday 12-4. We will update you with more specifics as the week progresses.
