NEW PRODUCT ALERT! We've added three new mixes to our Wellington's Herbs and Spices selection: Italian Mix, Salt-Free Herbal Seasoning, and Poultry Seasoning with rosemary, sage, and thyme. All organic, all locally produced in Schoharie.

Don't forget, our pet portrait display will only be on display through the end of the month! The Niskayuna High School National Art Honor Society has partnered with the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society to highlight some of the lovable pets available for adoption.

St. Patrick's Day is almost here and we encourage you to use it as an excuse to eat as much corned beef as possible. Our front end team member, Alicia, is collecting blankets to benefit Things of My Very Own and she's almost reached her goal of 200! Her blanket drive continues through January 31 and we'll be accepting new, bagged blankets until then. Please consider helping out next time you shop with us.

You can pick up individual servings in our grab-and-go case or order a platter to share. (Or because you're just really hungry...listen, you do you.) ... In March, The MoonCatcher Project generously donated volunteer-sewn face masks for each member of our Co-op team. Founded by Co-op member Ellie von Wellsheim, their annual fundraiser, Dining for Dollars: Cookie Version, took place yesterday and we were proud to give back by donating 10 dozen cookies for the event.

Chicken Caputo: a breaded chicken cutlet stuffed with ham, mozzarella, tomato, and basil. This week's Simple Supper is one of our Ready-To-Cook items...and it's on sale this week. Created by and named after our butcher manager Paul, you know it's going to be d*mn good. You can serve this with pasta or rice, but it doesn't matter because the chicken is the star!!...
