What we choose to feed... Two Wolves: A Native American grandfather is talking to his grandson about how he feels about a tragedy in their village. "I feel as if I have two wolves fighting in my heart. One wolf is the vengeful, angry, violent one. The other wolf is the loving, compassionate one." The grandson asks, "Grandfather, which wolf will win the fight in your heart?" The grandfather places his hand on his heart and replies, "The one I feed."

A Testimony ... The Power of Release Therapy It was my first time doing hypnotherapy and I have to say my experience with Carolanne Leslie was AWESOME. She herself knows how it feels being laying down in a chair and releasing emotions, etc. because she experienced it herself. This made me feel more at ease and comfortable. She understood my situation and took her time to help me release all undeserving and stuck life experiences I had stuck within my inner self. When she wa...s working with me, there were moments that she couldn't stop because she wanted to get her work done and wanted me to be free from those undeserving emotions I had within me, that the clock didn't stop her. I saw and felt in her that she is doing what is her passion and loves to help others. This is very impacting to me because as she perform her work I felt that she really wanted me to be unstuck and be healed. This help me so much, I released past past stuff that had me stuck without knowing what and why. She help me find out what, why and why my life was the way it is now. I left from there feeling light weight because I let go of what was holding me down for years and I was able to face, confront and let go of life experiences that was weighting me down. She help me face the truth in my life. Now, when anything negative comes past my mine or negative people say things to me I remember what she told me through out my session and it brings me right back to be grounded.
