Many first responders went to sleep this evening 19 years ago not knowing what tomorrow would bring. 2020 may be a crazy year, but Sept 11 2001 was even crazier. Please take a moment and remember. To those that fought their last battle answering their last alarm, we continue to Never Forget.

As we continue to look into the future and ponder how the fire service has evolved over the years, North Boston is proud to have taken the next step to advance our fleet to meet the needs of our community. Numerous volunteer hours have been spent reviewing what best fits North Boston’s needs, advancing training opportunities and looking into the future, but most of all making sure our community continues to be served to the best of our ability and with pride. We are abl...e to accomplish this by reducing our fleet count and upgrading to 2021 apparatus. Stay tuned for snap shots of what will be serving your community in the near future. I want to personally thank the hard work that the committee, committee chair Gene Wieckowski who I believe hasn’t slept putting specs together and every member and members families of this dept. Most of all I want to thank all the support our community continues to show North Boston Fire Dept. Chief Kibler
