Northeast American Diocese of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church

On Saturday, May 15th, 2021, the Northeast American Diocese celebrated the graduation of two seminarians from the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church, as they successfully completed their programs of study at St. Vladimir's Orthodox Theological Seminary, Yonkers, New York. The Reverend Deacon Mathew (Royce) Mathew, Master of Divinity (Northeast American Diocese) Mr. Toby John, Master of Divinity (Diocese of South-West America)... His Grace Metropolitan Zachariah Mar Nicholovos, who is also a member of the Seminary's Board of Trustees, shared his joy seeing a significant number of graduates who successfully completed advanced theological studies this year, were from the Oriental Orthodox Church. Currently, there are four priests from the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church enrolled in the Doctor of Ministry (D. Min) program and one Master of Divinity student at St. Vladimir's Orthodox Theological Seminary.
