Northern Light Yoga

Hello everyone! Just a reminder that our current session of Zoom classes ends on December 11. We will have additional Zoom programming after that with dates and times to be determined, but December 11 is the last day to use your current passes. With everyone staying close to home this week, you might appreciate an extra yoga class. We have classes at 6 pm on Sunday, 8 am on Monday and 5 pm on Friday. If you already have a pass, you can reserve a spot in any class with space in it through the Punchpass system. Newcomers are always welcome, so just email me at [email protected] if you would like to give our remote classes a try. Our Thursday evening class will resume on Dec. 3. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Our new session of remote classes begins tomorrow (Sunday August 30) and we will hold our first in-person class outdoors, masked and physically distanced. Our new PunchPass system allows you to pay and schedule yourself online, but to get started, you need to be added to our database. Just email Rebecca at [email protected] and she will make it so!

Although we have suspended our in-person classes until community spread settles back down, we are continuing with our offerings on Zoom until Dec 11. You have got your choice of four weekly regular yoga classes, and one early morning Yoga Nidra class. For more information, contact Rebecca at [email protected]. Our fall schedule is now on our website. We have both remote and outdoor physically distanced classes. To sign up, just send an email to Rebecca at [email protected] to be added as a customer. Exciting new online opportunity at the Ashram! Four sweet, immersion classes give you a chance to take your pranayama (yogic breathing) practice deeper than ever before. However, you must be a graduation of Foundations of Svaroopa Yoga or engaged in a private study practice with specific qualities to enroll. These include daily practice beginning no later than August 7 and three private sessions with one of our yoga therapists before August 21.
