Registration dates are set! They will take place at the concession stand at the NCPW complex on the following dates and times: May 23: 11-4 (during the Craft Fair) June 12: 10-12 July 24: 5-7... We encourage you to sign up early so that we can get a good idea of participation numbers as quickly as possible. Forms will be available there, but if you'd like to have them filled out prior they can be accessed via the link on this post. Busy week ahead! Craft Fair this weekend as well as our first in person registration. Both 11-4 on Sunday. Details for both can be found on our Facebook page!

We are excited to announce that we have over 25 vendors and more being added everyday!!! Tell your friends your family and your neighbors to come on out and shop!! Support local crafter and vendors:) Cowboy BBQ will also be there selling food!! So shop and eat too!!

With the 2021 season upon us, we'd be remiss in not sending out a thank you to outgoing President, Benjamin Little. This year has been one none of us could have imagined, with decisions rendered that have never even been considered before. Throughout it all, Ben led the organization with a calm and sturdy hand. We are not sure if everyone has an idea of how dire things were at times, for our organization as well as similar sized ones throughout the State; yet here we are ready again to bring in players and cheerleaders for a new season. We can not express our gratitude for your leadership through it all. NCPW MEETING UPDATE: January’s meeting will be held via Zoom on Monday 1/18 at 7pm. This meeting will consist of Board/coaching elections as well as usual business as we prepare for a Fall 2021 season. The following positions currently have no nominations. We will continue to accept them for all positions until the day of the meeting. 8U Football head coach Varsity cheer head coach... NCPW Board/Community meeting will be Monday 12/14 @ 7:30pm. We will post the Zoom meeting link earlier that day. Again, this is typically one of the more important meetings of the year as we will look to have nominations for board and football/cheer coaching positions. Please log on if you can, even if just for a bit.

**IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT** We will resume NCPW meetings on Monday evening, 12/14. We will post a Zoom meeting link as it approaches. We hope many of you will join. The most important aspect of this particular meeting is to gather nominations for Board and coaching positions which, per the bylaws, are open/unoccupied at the end of each year. Once nominations are made, we will have a vote on all positions after the Holidays. If you prefer to nominate an individual (or yourself) for a position, please attend the virtual meeting. You can also do so by contacting one of the current board members. Positions are as follows: Board President, Board VP, Board Treasurer, Board Secretary. Coaching openings for football and cheer are for 12u, 10u, 8u and Flag respectively.
