We received some heartbreaking news today. Norm Dechert, North Park General Manager from 1966-2012, passed away this morning surrounded by his closest loved ones. It should go without saying that the North Park owes Norm everything.... Without Norm's tireless dedication, our theater would have suffered the same fate as other neighborhood cinemas and faded into history long ago. This loss is also personal. Norm hired much of our current staff. We depended on his consultation and cherished his friendship. Our thoughts are with his family at this time. We love you, Norm. Thank you. Rest in peace.

Seats will be assigned at the box office, and masks will be required when not eating or drinking.... To date, no COVID-19 infections have been traced to cinemas, and we’d like to keep it that way!
