Yes, the coronavirus is here, and it is easy to feel helpless and hopeless about this rapidly evolving worldwide health crisis. Meditate and/or pray daily. Be loving and smile at others, knowing others are afraid and suffering. We will get through this if we focus on caring deeply for ourselves so we can also care for others.
