Yesterday Commissioner Doris joined community advocate Jerry Chang to meet with members of Sunset Park's Asian American business community to hear their concerns and offer information about our no cost resources and support systems. After the visit, our team checked in on a few nearby businesses that had worked with our Small Business Advocates to open, as well as some restaurants that had used our Virtual Compliance Consultations to help them reopen as part of the Open Rest...aurants program. We even met three new business owners and shared new guidance on outdoor heaters, SBA loan options, and more. If you need support for your business, visit nyc.gov/business or give us a call at 888-SBS4NYC. And if you see us in the neighborhood, make sure to say hello!
