The OAK & IVY from the south....time to prep the garden for spring....

We are so pleased to have a major feature of our Drawing Room functioning again. The gas fire had been out of commission for more than 3 months. The malfunction was caused by a faulty starter and it took ages to find a replacement part.... All back up and running just as outside temperatures have reached the 50s and 60s...Ah well, that doesn't negate tea by the fireside..

storm windows up and screens down...Spring TEA in the Drawing Room by the open window....cats on the back of the sofa and on the window sills!
