Today marks ONE YEAR in business! It wasn’t easy but I am very PROUD of what we accomplished this year. We dealt with the delay of the build out, opened in the middle of a pandemic, dealt with labor shortages, food shortages, price increases plus dealt with all the normal growing pains every new business goes through. ... Even with all the unforeseen challenges the business had to contend with we found a way to thrive and build a solid foundation. We sourced better ingredients, refined our recipes, made our ticket times even faster and dialed in all our protocols and procedures. Everyday more and more people discover what we’re doing here at O.G. and I’m so grateful for how well this new concept has been received by everyone.
