Parkinson's Disease is growing at an alarming rate, affecting nearly 6 million people worldwide. Several years ago my father was diagnosed with this disease. He... is doing very well in his fight and I believe his fitness regimen has been a major contributor. Knock out Parkinson's at Signature Fitness is a non-contact boxing program that we brought to Kingston several years ago. The program has been stressed by Covid, as participation has been limited. To support the program we have put together a raffle with the help of local small businesses. Please consider a $10 donation to this great cause and a chance to win some terrific prizes.
