Completed in 2013: 19 Railroad Place is a 60,000 square foot commercial and theatre project. The building is both a renovation and new construction project. Originally built as a single story grocery store, the original roof of the building was raised approximately 10 feet to accommodate 11 theatres ranging in size from 100 seat to a 350 seat BMX theatre. A wrapping building adds 18,000 square feet to the first floor and approximately 13,000 square feet of office space and floors 2 and 3.
