Through concerted efforts, the Onassis Foundation in cooperation with the Greek Prime Minister’s Office and the Ministry of Health has sourced and secured 13.5 million protective masks for the National Health System. It's the very least we could do to thank the country’s medical and nursing professionals for their incredible work. We stand always by society’s side, supporting everyday heroes who show us the way, so that we can take that next step forward together, with a clear sense of our responsibilities as both individuals and as a community. WE THANK THROUGH ACTIONS THE DOCTORS AND NURSING STAFF WHO PROTECT US We are offering the National Health System 7.75 million euros for the emergency purchase of protective masks. In the coming days, 13.5 million masks will arrive in Greece and will be made available to public hospitals in the country for the medical and nursing staff who go above and beyond to care for patients, vulnerable groups, and all of us. ONASSIS USA AND NEW INC PRESENT ONX STUDIO Onassis Foundation USA and New Museum's NEW INC are partnering for the creation of Onassis NEW INC eXtended Reality () Studio. At the heart of Manhattan, on 5th Avenue, a unique hybrid space is being formed for artists, cinematographers and designers from around the world who work with mixed reality. ONX Studio will function as an accelerator, a workspace and a gallery, while being in close dialogue with Athens through Onassis Lab..., the upcoming cross-disciplinary incubator that will be launched at the end of 2020.
