Happy World Cocktail Day! World Cocktail Day (or for us veterans WCD for short) is a global celebration of cocktails and it marks the publication date of the first definition of a cocktail on May 13 in 1806. A New York tabloid called The Balance and Colombian Repository responded to a reader’s question as to what a cocktail is exactly. The Purple Stride and PanCAN families are near and dear to our hearts. Last year we were the highest-grossing fundraising team in NYC.
