Announces Third Quarter and Year-to-Date Results through September 30, 2020 MIDDLETOWN, N.Y., OCTOBER 22, 2020 Orange County Bancorp, Inc., parent of Orange Bank & Trust Co. and Hudson Valley Investment Advisors, Inc., today announced net income of $2.9 million, or $0.64 per share, and $8.0 million, or $1.78 per share, for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020, respectively.
