Great job by the Williamson Legion Riders and the Support given by the Ontario Rod and Gun Club as well as all of the Volunteers that make this possible

The Ontario Rod & Gun Club will be holding their annual General Membership Meeting on Thursday, January 21, 2021 starting at 7:30pm. We ask that everyone in attendance, please wear a mask. At this meeting, ORGC will be holding their Officer and Director elections. The following positions are currently up for election. President - 1 year term, currently held by Ken Paul Vice President - 1 year term, currently held by Eli Saber Treasure - 1 year term, currently held by Gary ...Partridge Secretary - 1 year term, currently held by Heidi Levan 4 Board of Director positions - 3 year term. The 4 current Board of Directors who are up for election are: Jeff Aman Bob Ledgerwood Jr. Robin Jones Chris Ranson. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person but would like to nominate someone for one of these positions, please let Club Secretary, Heidi Levan know by January 7th at [email protected]. All nominations must include a name, email and phone number. Anyone who would like to vote at the elections but do not feel comfortable coming into the meeting, you will be able to vote from your vehicle. You must sign into the meeting outside of the front door and then return to your vehicle. A ballot will be brought to you to complete. You must complete the ballot and return to a Board of Director at the front door. You don't need to be present to be nominated. If nominated, you will be contacted if you win to either accept or deny the elected position. Any questions or concerns, please let Club Secretary, Heidi Levan know. Thank you.
