More info about Survival School artists Hideous Beast! Hideous Beast is a collaborative effort between two artists, Josh Ippel and Charles Roderick. Since 2004 they have worked organizing structured participatory events, publishing how-to manuals and most recently creating interactive sculptures and installations that examine survival culture. Currently Hideous Beast operate out of Chicago, IL. *Survival School* opens this week! Join us for two workshops, Camp Crafts and Survival Stories, on Friday, March 23 from 1-5 pm and Saturday, March 24 from 10 am-12 pm in the Ortlip Gallery. Opening reception is on Saturday, March 24 from 7 to 9 pm.
