Our bakers are back in business! Many thanks to Dunsmoor Construction, Horizon Bradco, Rombough Electric, AA Cass, and of course, our own employees for working diligently to get this new oven installed, and running. We'll see you soon.

Dear Friends, We learned yesterday, September 23rd, around 12:00 noon that one of our part-time employees tested positive for Covid-19. She was on vacation camping in the Adirondacks last week September 13 19th. Her first shift back was Sunday night September 20th from 3:45pm 10:35pm and was experiencing allergy like symptoms from which she thought was the result of camping and was sent home early. She woke up Monday morning with a fever, went and got tested and was g...iven the results that she was positive around 12:00 noon yesterday September 23rd. We worked closely with the Oswego County Health Department to determine what employees needed to quarantine as a precaution for 14 days, they have been contacted. We followed the Health Department’s protocol to notify all of our 40+ employees before any notice was released to the public so they all heard it from us first. Since the pandemic started we have been most diligent in going above & beyond the required sanitizing levels recommended by the Health Department and the CDC. We have had a sanitizing company, Sanitizing Technologies www.sanitizingtechnologiesinc.com come in once a month, and an additional treatment this morning, September 24th, to completely sanitize every inch of the store including our deliver cars! We will continue to maintain a safe and clean place for you to visit. The safety of our employees and customers has been and will always be our utmost concern and we will continue to make every maximum effort to keep our restaurant a safe place to work and visit! Our fresh-baked house made 14" rolls are back!! Possibly more important, if you've had a week like we have....our desserts are fully stocked. Thank you all for your patience and your continued business.

UPDATE...... RE-OPENING AT 4 PM TODAY!!!!! Sorry folks, due to power outage caused by a motor vehicle accident earlier this afternoon... were closed.
