Past and Present: Robust London Porter (6.0%) Part of our series celebrating OG styles we d...on't often brew and ingredients we don't use. In this case, a robust London-style Porter brewed with floor malted malts from UK's oldest malting company, Warminster. We used floor malted Maris Otter, Brown Malt and 2 types of crystal malts from Warminster. We topped this off by hopping it with classic East Kent Golding hops from the UK and using a traditional British yeast strain. $14 per 4 pack. DDH Enigma Chroma (6.3%) One of the most enigmatic hops with flavors of dark red berries, mild tropical fruit and a citrus-y dankness. $18 per 4 pack. Strata is our newest hop love interest with its big strawberry notes followed by a beautiful dankness. This is all supported by a clean malt bill designed to let the hops shine. $16 per 4 pack. Motueka Chroma IPA (6.3%) We are still rolling out our updated Chroma labels to make it clearer to know what hop is in your chroma IPA. With barrels ranging from 12-27 months in age this blend is designed to bring together the best-of-mix of characteristics from barrel aged stouts. Contains Milk Sugar. $25 per bttle.
