New law today, EVERYONE in ALL seats of a car must have a seat belt on while car is moving. Too bad we had to pass a law to make sure people wear their seat belts, they could very well save your life in an accident.

Thank you to those that came out to pass out treats for the kids including SUNY Oswego University Police and SAVAC Ambulance.... Change your clocks tonight and CHECK YOUR DETECTOR BATTERIES !!! Both Smoke and CO detectors. Your life could depend on it. Early detection is key to savings lives in a house fire.
