TODAY IS THE DAY! At 12:00pm our "Day of Giving" link goes "LIVE" for 24 hours! As part of Catholic Schools Week, Our Lady of Peace School participates in the NCEA's "Day of Giving." Starting on Tuesday, February 2 at 12:00pm through Wednesday, February 3 at 12:00pm, OLP's "Day of Giving" page will be live. Our goal is to raise $20,000. https://factsmgtadmin.com/give/appeal/am2QWwuSn... On Tuesday, August 4, 2020, Tropical Storm Isaias did not spare Our Lady of Peace School. The storm ripped through Lynbrook and destroyed a significant section of our "Little Peace Playground." This playground was used daily by our Nursery- 2nd-grade students. A special place where students develop gross motor skills, stay healthy, build social skills, learn team building, and a place to have fun. As we refurbish the playground, we will be dedicating our playground to our beloved former Principal Sr. Mary Dowden. "Sr. Mary Dowden's Little Peace Playground" Sr Mary brought so much joy and love to Our Lady of Peace School, and our new playground will bring that same joy and love to our students.
