Fellow Outlaws followers: The events of Christchurch, NZ, are beyond horrific. They show a side of humanity that many of us try to ignore. This is why I ask that you join me in attending the vigil the Muslim Law Student Association is hosting on Monday, March 18, during lunchtime, 1:00-2:00 pm in Room W520. As a leader, I speak a great deal about community. I talk about creating a community to support one another. We all say similar things, like how we would support each othe...r in dire times. Well, now is a dire time. This the time to show your support by attending the Muslim Law Student Association's one-hour vigil. Words are easy...but this is the time for action. "If your actions don't live up to your words, you have nothing to say." (DaShanne Stokes). So if you have Monday's lunchtime free, join me in room W520 at 1:00 pm so that we may stand and show our solidarity.
