We are happy and excited to share Songs for the Sala, a collaboration between songwriters on five continents inspired by Silo and his teachings. This project ...was conceived as a fundraiser for the construction of the Meditation Hall at Hudson Valley Park of Study and Reflection and we hope you will support with a donation of $25 or more (to buy the album) and by sharing it with others. All proceeds go to the constrain of the Meditation Hall. We thought this might also be a good gift for friends or family during the holiday season. What began as a collaboration between the two of us has grown to include songwriters from different countries, generations and musical styles. We have been moved and inspired both by the songs themselves and by how Silo’s spirit shines through the different prisms of personal experience and expression to make a whole that is more than the sum of its parts.
